Please read the rules before posting. Your
account may be terminated for ANY violation and any monies paid will not be
refunded.
Accounts
Only one account per person. If we find 2 accounts under the same IP address, we
will ban that IP from visiting the site. Regardless of paid status.
Post Content Rules
No Ads for Adult, Porn, Offensive, Warez, Trojan Horse, Phishing or any attempt
to defraud. No spam software may be advertised. No Pyramid programs or Matrix
programs. No get rich quick of any kind. No HYPS may be advertised at all. No
Gambling sites or Casinos. You agree
to make no such promotions that involve unlicensed use of materials protected by
copyright or trademark law. You agree that all such promotions will be fully
compliant with federal and state laws, including US federal and state laws
regarding network abuse, unsolicited messaging, and FTC
Advertising Rules and
Disclosure Rules.
You agree to only promote your items within the guidelines of
PayPal's User Agreement | TOS
You may only advertise one
product per post.
Links may only be to HTML pages.
No links can be used for ZIP, EXE,
PDF, or other types. Sites that have .PHP, .CGI, or .ASP etc that act as HTML are
allowed but at our discretion.
If we get multiple complaints about your Ad, your account may be
terminated without warring.
Post HTML and Format Rules
You may NOT use a
FONT
Size larger than 4
(14pt).
You may NOT use a
Image Size wider
than 400px
You may NOT use more than one line break per
line (No Double Line <BR>)
Any attempt to make your Ad longer than needed just to control Ad space will be deleted and
grounds for termination.
You may NOT repeat lines like
CLICK HERE over and over and over just to take
up space on the BLOG.
Your add can not affect the normal template size of our site. Any post must fit
in the size of the area we provide. No URLS may be so long as to affect the
width of the Advertising Area. No images may be so wide as to affect the width
of the Advertising Area.
All images must point to a live image on a working
website. We do not host images and if you have an Ad that has no image showing
where it should it will be removed. This is usually caused by a novice pointing
an image to your local drive when designing your Ad on your desktop.

Here is the
basic premise...
If your Ad makes the site look ugly, or if you even have a doubt
your Ad is border line, it is very much in Violation. Plain and simple, we want
the Blog to have a nice look, flow, and feel. If the site looks great and then
your AD looks like an eyesore, your Ad will be deleted and your account may be
terminated. We are not going to take the time to email everyone that makes
offensive and ugly posts. We will delete your account and Ban your IP from
visiting the site for ever.
You may not make your Ads look like Admin posts or
ads.
Affiliate Promotion Rules
You agree not to SPAM your affiliate
URL. Blatant SPAM will be fined $1000 per complaint and up to $50,000 is it
causes our site to be suspended or terminated. You agree that you will not
engage in activities that interfere with our tracking of commissions, or with
the normal flow of traffic from affiliates. You agree not to SPAM any URL that
have our links or to sites with our buttons even using a redirect link. You
agree to never to email to anyone in a broadcast unless they are double optin
and IP, Name, and Date and Time stamp have been recorded and can be produced.
You understand that if you disregard this we may terminate your account without
warring.
